Our client, a top tier law firm, is seeking a Corporate Finance Legal Assistant to add to their downtown Toronto team. In this role, you will be providing legal and administrative support to two lawyers on the team. Duties will include: drafting correspondences, editing documents, communicating with representatives and government bodies, preparing accounts, calendar management, and monitoring and coordinating administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
