Our client, a highly-regarded law firm, is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant/Law Clerk to add to its downtown Toronto team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright candidate who is looking to expand his or her skill set and transition into a Corporate Law Clerk role. Duties will include: assisting on corporate reorganizations and complex transactional work, corporate filings and searches, and various administrative duties (calendar management, booking travel arrangements, and drafting various legal documents and correspondences). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant and excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
