Our client, a growing international manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with expertise in employment law to join its in-house legal team.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of employment law experience gained at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a leading company.  The successful candidate will be responsible for advising the business team and managing the global employment compliance function.  Labour law experience is an asset but not required.  You will work both independently, and part of a team alongside great colleagues in a fast-paced environment.  Some travel may be required.  The successful candidate must be a motivated and disciplined self-starter, team player, have good written and verbal communicating skills, strong interpersonal skills, good judgement and a practical approach to providing solutions.
