Tania reached out and had a good candidate that was perfect for us.  Overall, Tania Hamilton was very pleasant to deal with.  She was helpful, professional and patient, very straightforward and not pushy. ZSA is well above average compared to my past experience with recruitment firms.  There is nothing I can think of that could have improved my experience.  I would definitely use ZSA again in the future.

We deeply appreciate the hard work and quick turnaround by Dominique Tardif and her team.  Dominique identified many qualified candidates for us within 2 weeks of receiving the mandate.  The information she provided about the candidates was profound and helpful to identify those lawyers that would best fit our needs.  She went well beyond the CVs, delivering in-depth analysis about each of the lawyers.  She followed-up rigorously, and encouraged both sides once we short-listed the lawyers.  We’re very pleased with our choice, and owe a huge thanks to Dominique for her professionalism and effectiveness.

Our organization was looking for an attorney based in Saskatoon. We did attempt to advertise internally prior to contacting Mike, but then chose to engage ZSA as a result of our previous successful relationship. We really enjoyed working with Mike. He was responsive and easy to work with, flexible to what we needed and with respect to the time difference as I am based in Australia. He was always responsive and friendly. I would definitely use ZSA again.

We have hired a few different positions through Mike Aujla, and most recently a junior to mid-level energy associate. We engaged ZSA because of Mike’s reliability and convenience.  We contacted a few other recruiting firms and had meetings with candidates who we thought might be interested. We had a great experience.  Mike is very practical, reliable and reasonable and is easy to work with. He continually provided good results and candidates to us. They brought us 2 good candidates that we would not have otherwise encountered without Mike.  Mike also helped in convincing the candidates what Heenan had to offer and helped us in making the decision and setting the salary. We have used other recruiters and found our experiences with ZSA to be as good if not better in almost all cases.

Vector Aerospace was looking to hire an Associate General Counsel. We contacted Warren as I had worked with him before in the past. Overall, my experience in working with Warren was excellent! What I appreciated the most was the very qualified short list of candidates with different experience. I would definitely use ZSA again!

McMillan hired a couple of new candidates over the past couple of months, which included both a paralegal and an administrative assistant. I have been working with ZSA for years, and I appreciated that both Elizabeth and JoAnne worked for us as a team.  My experience in working with Elizabeth was excellent.  She is very thorough, she gives great feedback and I’d overall I would give her a ten out of ten. What I found particulary helpful was her ability to provide ongoing feedback, her ability to listen to our needs, her quick response time regarding the status of our search and the great candidates we received. I really enjoy using ZSA and it stands out compared to other agencies. I will definitely use the services of ZSA again!

Krylov & Company was looking for a Litigation Law Clerk. My experience in working with Tania was great! She was on the ball, sending us new candidates so that we locate the right one. She has an excellent disposition. I have used other recruiters in the past, but so far, ZSA is on top! I would definitely use ZSA again.

Bell Canada was looking for Senior Counsel. We contacted ZSA as a result of our long standing relationship. Overall, our experience in working with Salima Alibhai was great. Salima really understood what type of person I was and what type of candidate I was looking for. She was able to submit excellent candidates. She brought a lot of value to the hiring process in several ways. I am not from Ontario so I could never have find any candidate. In addition, I found that Salima provided great information on the candidates before the interviews and she was extremely helpful in arranging for the interviews. I have only used ZSA in the past, and will continue to use ZSA for years to come.

The nature of the position for which we were hiring was for a Partner. We engaged ZSA as a result of our longstanding relationship, and our experience working with Graham MacLennan was top notch! Graham was professional and went above and beyond our expectations. This was a long search from start to finish and Graham’s enthusiasm did not waver. We secured a candidate we are very happy with and I would not hesitate to recommend Graham’s services to others. I look forward to working with him again. What we found particularly helpful was that Graham was consistently available and willing to do whatever was required. ZSA had introduced a candidate to me in March when I did not have a position to fill. I interviewed the candidate and really liked her so when I needed to fill a position in June, I immediately thought of this candidate from ZSA – she was the only person I interviewed for this position.  Elizabeth is always extremely helpful and invests time to get to know me, the firm and the positions available. She always has her eye out for the next right fit. Elizabeth follows up promptly and responds immediately to keep things moving. It was a busy time for me and she worked out the details seamlessly and didn’t mind calling me after hours to get the job done. I have used other recruiters in the past, but I have found that ZSA takes a more professional and personalized approach. I would definitely use the services of ZSA again!
