Fraser Milner Casgrain mourns loss of a founder

Philippe Casgrain , a founder of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, died Feb. 28 of cancer in Montreal, the firm announced. He was 82.
Mr. Casgrain, whose law career began in 1952, was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1965. He was a long-standing member of the legal profession in Montreal.
