Our large construction company client is growing again. They seek to add a lawyer with 2-4 years of prior experience, ideally in construction and/or P3 matters. The successful candidate can expect to participate in and lead in commercial negotiations and on bids for new projects of varying size and complexity, with an emphasis on P3 projects or other projects having a significant services/maintenance scope.
