KPMG seeks an Associate General Counsel (Technology Contracting) to join the Contracts division of the firm’s Office of General Counsel. While based in Toronto, they are open to candidates located anywhere in the country. This senior role requires extensive experience in tech-related transactions, including data security, technology contracting, master service agreements, software licensing, managed services agreements, and reseller arrangements. Strong drafting skills including the ability to work from both KPMG and client standard terms, negotiation, business acumen and risk management are a must, and experience in both private practice and in-house settings are preferred.
