Our client, a leading international professional services company, is seeking an Associate General Counsel (Technology Contracting) to join the Contracts division of the firm’s Office of General Counsel. While based in Toronto, they are open to candidates located anywhere in the country. This senior role requires extensive experience with tech-related transactions, including data security, technology contracting, master service agreements, software licensing, managed services agreements, and reseller arrangements, along with strong negotiation and risk management skills. Experience in both private practice and in-house settings is preferred.
