Our client – a large player in the IT equipment leasing/financing space – is looking for a well-rounded commercial lawyer to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a variety of corporate matters, but especially contract review and negotiation; and must be bilingual in English and French.
