To address steady growth in this organization, we seek a corporate/commercial lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in general and IT specific contracts, experience and strong interest in driving a contracts program (template development/maintenance, client training/awareness initiatives, 3rd party platform development); and the ability to come into their office a few times a week under a hybrid model.
