We are working with a leading global commercial real estate services and investment management company looking to add a strong M&A Corporate Counsel to its team in Toronto.

Reporting to the SVP, this role will focus on M&A and corporate transactions, including strategic acquisitions, due diligence, and deal execution, while also supporting broader corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience gained in either private practice or in-house, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide practical, business-minded advice in a fast-paced environment.
