Our client is a digital healthcare company focused on positively impacting health outcomes by leveraging technology to empower healthcare practitioners and patients worldwide.

To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a Corporate/M&A Lawyer to serve as the primary lead on deal flow and drive internal M&A/Deal-making initiatives. In this exciting new role, this lawyer will act as a strategic business partner to the Clinic and Diagnostic business leads, along with the broader Corporate Development team, and Law Department. Where capacity allows, this lawyer will also support other M&A, strategic partnerships and new initiatives across the company. Tech and healthcare regulatory experience is preferred, and versatility and skill in all areas of Legal AI is expected. This role is primarily remote, with periodic attendance at their Toronto headquarters.
