Established in western Canada, this firm is building its office in Toronto, and is looking to make some key hires in the next few months. Of particular focus is corporate law, especially private M&A: the firm is keen to speak with Partners with partial or full books of business. Being a new entrant into the market, the firm is prepared to be very competitive with respect to salary, and also offers a great platform by way of referrals, especially in the areas of tax and estates.
