Our client, a growing private company with a real estate and investment arm, is seeking their first in-house General Counsel. This Ontario-licensed lawyer will serve as the senior legal lead, overseeing all corporate, real estate, litigation, employment, and commercial matters while building and managing a small legal team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, a strong real estate background, and proven managerial experience to recruit, mentor, and supervise juniors.
