Our client, a leading global company, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its established communications business and the upcoming launch of exciting new projects. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this role will oversee a broad range of commercial agreements and provide practical legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of corporate/commercial experience gained in private practice and/or in-house, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.  The team is super close and this role comes with a wonderful work life balance. The expected salary for this role is $145,000.
