Our client, a superb not-for-profit organization, seeks a Legal Counsel with expertise in administrative law particularly with respect to the conduct of disciplinary proceedings. Reporting directly into the General Counsel, you will be excellent at building business relationships, have knowledge of issues relevant to not-for-profit organizations, and a strong understanding of real estate and privacy law matters.
