Our client, a global network organization, is in growth mode in Canada and seeks a Corporate & Commercial in-house Legal Counsel to join its team.

The organization regularly works with universities around the world often providing services and acting as a service provider. The successful candidate will have a strong M&A background, as well as excellent commercial experience with service level contract knowledge. The role is fully remote, and offers the opportunity to work autonomously whilst regularly working with lawyers in other jurisdictions.
