Our client, a not for profit organization, is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator. This role is focused on supporting it’s members and the Board of Directors. They are seeking a highly motivated and focused professional with exceptional organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process membership renewals and new enrollments
- Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service and support to members
- Ensure membership database is current
- Prepare monthly report for Board of Directors
- Resolve member issues through effective and efficient decision-making
- Provide database and website support
- Assist the Education Chairs Continuing Legal Education programs
- Assist with program setup and registration
- Assist course instructors
- Forward educational packages and enter grade reports
- Prepare educational certificates
- Arrange for exam writers and markers
- Prepare comparative grade reports for the Education Chairs
- Assist with banking
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of related experience with customer service or membership organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to problem solve, collaborate with team members and Board of Directors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer service skills, maturity and business professionalism
- Analytical and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity in meeting planning
- Experience working in a non-profit organization an asset
