Our client, an established and rapidly growing organization is seeking a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to join its high-performing in-house legal team based in Downtown Toronto. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will partner closely with the corporate development function to support M&A and corporate matters. This position offers the opportunity to provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice, mentor junior team members, shape corporate governance and legal processes, and play a meaningful role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on growth.
