Our client a market-leading Canadian organization at the forefront of advanced technology and infrastructure is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support the organization’s public disclosure and securities compliance matters. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Financings and Compliance, this role will advise on Canadian securities law requirements, oversee disclosure materials including MD&As, AIFs, financial statements, press releases, analyst presentations, and sustainability reports, and collaborate closely with Finance, Communications, and Investor Relations teams. This opportunity suits a pragmatic, detail-oriented lawyer with sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines while providing clear, strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
