Job Description

3-5 yrs | 4 or 5 days per week | Montreal

Our client, a financial company, is looking to hire a legal counsel to join their team.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will spend the majority of your time working to support the company’s business units with their daily activities: reviewing leases, service contracts and consultant contracts, confidentiality agreements, supplier disputes, potential litigation, etc. Occasionally, you will also support the Chief Legal Officer with transactional matters, including drafting of share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements or other ancillary documents.
