Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be called upon to support the companies within the LEO Portfolio, which are located in the U.S., Canada, and U.K., that serve the dealership, auto clubs, specialty retail, and healthcare industries.

On a day to day, you will provide advice on a wide range of legal, regulatory and business matters, and support and work closely with senior management. You will be involved in matters relating to privacy, compliance, pre-litigation, various commercial contracts including NDAs, license, SaaS and professional service agreements, with customers, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts for LEO portfolio businesses.

The ideal super star has six to ten years of relevant experience working in a law firm or in-house, and exposure to software licensing, SaaS, and e-commerce, IT and privacy work.
