Job Description

3+ Years | Richmond Hill/Montreal

Our client, a Canadian reputable technology software company, is looking for a Bilingual Legal Counsel to join its team in either its Richmond Hill or Montreal office. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial technology agreements, including software licenses, professional services and cloud services agreements, resolving commercial disputes, providing legal advice on company transactions, and monitoring changes in laws and regulations in support of its sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to move in-house and work with an incredible high performing team on interesting corporate commercial matters. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing technology agreements in a law firm and/or in-house.
