Our client, a leading Canadian healthcare organization, is seeking a Privacy and Compliance Counsel to join their growing Compliance and Risk Management team. This role supports enterprise privacy and regulatory compliance with a strong focus on Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws, provincial health information statutes, and healthcare operations within the dental sector. The ideal candidate has demonstrated PIA experience, a solid understanding of Canadian privacy and health information legislation, and bilingual French/English. This is a highly collaborative and operational role, offering exposure to AI governance and emerging technologies within a regulated healthcare environment. The expected salary for this role is $140,000 – $160,000 CAD.
