Our leading technology client is starting a search for a commercial tech lawyer. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years’ of relevant experience, and will be given the opportunity to provide advice and support on IT solutions, lead negotiations with some of the most exciting businesses in North America, as well as assist the leadership and internal teams on important transactions, corporate finance, and business challenges.
