Our client – a well-known brand in the health services space – is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the incumbent should have at least 3 years’ well-rounded corporate commercial experience (M&A, contracts, IP, corporate governance, and other areas); experience in health law or the health industry will be considered an asset, but is not essential.
