Our client, Belron Canada (“Belron”), operates several well-known brands, including Lebeau Auto Glass, Speedy Glass, Vanfax, and Belron Canada (the parent company). The group owns over 325 service centers, two distribution centers, 27 warehouses, and employs more than 1,400 people across all 10 Canadian provinces.

Belron Canada is a member of Belron International, a global leader in auto glass repair and replacement, as well as in advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) recalibration, operating in more than 40 countries across six continents.

To continue to effectively support its Canadian operations, Belron is seeking a Director of Legal Affairs to join its Canadian team.

Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs, you will act as a strategic partner to senior management and a trusted advisor on all legal matters affecting the company. Beyond technical legal support, you will provide pragmatic and proactive advice aligned with the organization’s business priorities across various departments. Your work will cover a wide range of issues, including contracts, privacy protection, regulatory law, franchise law, and competition law, among others. You will contribute to the development of policies, compliance plans, and corporate strategies. You will supervise two professionals, assist in budget management and the optimization of legal service delivery, serve as the main point of contact for external counsel, and collaborate with colleagues at the parent company on various global initiatives.

In addition, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be invited to actively contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and the annual planning process. You will also participate in various training programs and conferences designed to support your development and help you reach your full leadership potential.
