The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in employment and labour law, though the firm is also open to candidates with a strong interest in transitioning into this area. While they prefer someone who can hit the ground running, the firm offers ample mentorship and support to help the right candidate develop and succeed in this practice area.

The firm’s lawyers have been involved in numerous landmark cases across all levels of the Canadian judicial system, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
