The work is varied and high value, spanning natural resource development, impact and benefit agreements, mergers and acquisitions for First Nations, as well as significant commercial real estate and development projects for the Nations. The firm places a strong emphasis on mentorship and collaboration and welcomes general corporate or commercial real estate lawyer who are interested in transitioning into working with First Nations clients and developing long-term expertise in this growing area.
