Our client, an established and rapidly growing real estate developer, is seeking a seasoned legal executive to join its leadership team in a newly created General Counsel role. Designed to support continued expansion across residential development, U.S. operations, commercial assets, and joint ventures, this position offers a unique opportunity to operate at the highest level of a dynamic, growth-focused enterprise where legal strategy is integral to business success. Working alongside a peer Co-General Counsel and reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will lead the full transaction lifecycle, from land acquisition through project completion across multiple jurisdictions, while advising senior leadership on complex, high-value matters.
