Are you a construction lawyer looking to move into a business role? Or an infrastructure contracts professional looking for a step up? We are working an infrastructure company expanding their team with a new role for Western Canada, taking the lead on supporting a couple of major complex infrastructure projects in Western Canada. You will be advising Project Directors on contract interpretation and compliance, the management of complex construction-related issues, and strategy around claims.

Ideal candidates will bring around 7 to 12 years of experience in construction and infrastructure, with strong expertise in complex infrastructure contracts and importantly, claims management and strategy. Candidates may come from legal, engineering, or commercial backgrounds, but should be comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, business-facing capacity, playing a key role in high-profile projects.

The company is in growth mode, and there will be the chance to work on upcoming new projects and build out the team over time.
