We’re working with a technology / logistics company with an established legal team, now looking to add an experienced corporate lawyer.

This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer with a solid public company and securities background to play a key role.  Reporting to the GC, you will be handling a mix of general corporate and commercial matters, as well as advising on public company matters such as board governance, stock exchange rules, and ongoing compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in securities and public company advisory work. Exposure to cross-border matters, particularly involving the United States, would be an asset, as would Mandarin language skills given the company’s international operations and shareholder base.
