ZSA is partnering with a respected First Nations organization in British Columbia on a rare opportunity for a solicitor at the 3 to 5 year call level to move in house and work closely with its leadership team. The role reports directly to the General Counsel, offering valuable mentorship and the opportunity to develop within a supportive in-house environment.

The position is solicitor focused and will involve advising on commercial agreements, real estate and leasing, corporate governance, economic development initiatives, and general legal matters, in close partnership with senior leadership and external counsel. Ideal candidates will bring strong drafting skills and a genuine interest in Indigenous law, governance, and reconciliation. Experience advising First Nations or Indigenous owned entities is an asset, as is cultural awareness and a commitment to community focused work.
