We’re working with a well-established technology company based in Vancouver that is seeking to add a Legal Counsel to its in-house team. This is a broad, generalist role supporting the business across a range of legal matters.

The role will involve a mix of commercial work, including technology and customer contracts, as well as corporate matters such as transactional work, shareholder issues, and general corporate governance. There is also the opportunity to get involved in employment-related matters, although this is not a core focus of the role.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience from a reputable Vancouver firm with a general business law practice. This is a strong opportunity for a lawyer looking to move into a broad in-house role with meaningful exposure across both commercial and corporate work within a dynamic technology-driven business.
