Our client, a major innovative green tech company headquartered in Vancouver, is now looking for an experienced lawyer to join their legal team.

Ideally you will have 3 to 6 years’ experience in M&A transactional matters, corporate governance, and Capital Markets. You will be working on a wide array of complex legal, compliance and transactional projects as well as providing high quality legal advice with respect to Corporate law matters.  You will also need to have prior experience working in an in-house position.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with passion for the industry, a strong background in corporate transactional matters and big national firm training.
