We’re working with a major mining company who is a global leader in their space, currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join their high-performing Vancouver-based legal team.

You will be working as part of an expert team of lawyers, working on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracting, projects and transactions, financing, and corporate governance, as well as compliance and regulatory matters. It’s a friendly and approachable team, keen to mentor and foster career growth, with strong administrative support as well.

The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in Corporate law, and experience working with clients in the Mining sector. You’ll be joining a highly regarded business with international operations, and a great culture.
