Job Description

3+ years | Toronto or Montreal

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking to add a Litigation Counsel to their in-house litigation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of strong commercial litigation experience, gained from a leading firm or boutique.  Experience with class action matters will be considered an asset.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters including class actions, regulatory, securities, IP, real estate and complex commercial cases.  If you are looking for great litigation work, while still having the opportunity to maintain work/life balance, please send your CV to Eda Alper at ealper@zsa.ca Ref#OR-28652
