GTA | 5+ years

Our client is an Environmental Waste Management collection and Recycling company looking to expand. While in its ‘early days’, this company has ambitious goals and requires its first in-house legal counsel to handle an expected flood of M&A deals, and more general corporate work. You will have a minimum of 5 years doing big and small transactions, and will be comfortable dealing directly (sometimes on a daily basis) with an active President.
