Our client enjoys a stellar reputation in the insurance defence field. To address further growth, this firm is looking at add an associate from another defence firm, or plaintiff-side firm. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in insurance defence litigation, ideally including, but not limited to, complex tort and accident benefits claims, occupiers’ liability claims, priority disputes and loss transfer.
