Our client, Tassé Bertrand Barabé lawyers, serves a clientele of Quebec companies and entrepreneurs, both for their litigation and business law needs, from its Quebec office.

In order to support its litigation team, the firm is looking for a lawyer-researcher. You will be very involved in the files and do legal and jurisprudence research, work on the argumentation plans and the content of the authority books and will sometimes attend trials in order to adjust the arguments if necessary. You will work on a variety of litigation files, including construction, real estate, bankruptcy, civil & professional liability and shareholder disputes. You will also participate in the drafting of capsules on the website, do case law monitoring, supervise the research conducted by the articling students you will help to train, etc.
