Our client, a well-established and growing real estate development organization, is seeking a Legal Counsel with 3–10 years of post-call experience to join its in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate, counsel, or junior partner looking to transition into a dynamic in-house role while maintaining a strong advocacy and litigation practice. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters, including development, civil litigation, real estate, construction, municipal and planning law, contract negotiation, leasing, and regulatory matters. The role offers regular advocacy opportunities before various tribunals and courts across Ontario, as well as involvement in complex development projects and strategic business initiatives.
