To fulfill its growing needs, our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to become a valuable member of its team.

Reporting to the Vice-President, Legal Affairs, your responsibilities will span a diverse range of areas. This includes handling matters encompassing securities, corporate law, trusts, commercial law, privacy, and governance. Your duties will involve drafting and negotiating contracts and investment documents, such as wealth management agreements. Additionally, you will establish internal procedures, ensure adherence to relevant legislation, offer legal advice to the company’s entities, and collaborate with external lawyers in relevant jurisdictions as needed.
