This role is well suited to a seasoned professional who is confident managing foreclosure and insolvency files from start to finish, preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with lenders, counsel, courts, and external stakeholders, and ensuring matters move forward efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
