The successful candidate will run a caseload of Personal Injury (Accident Benefits file)

(a) All aspects of client engagement, meetings, day to day correspondence

(b) Determine validity and scope of client claims

(c) Manage Accident Benefits progression, deadlines, correspondence, limitation periods

(e) Identify files ready for settlement discussion and/or appropriate to prepare for settlement conferences (and settle files as required/directed)

(f) Perform legal research as required

(j) Conducting EUOs

(k) Attend, conduct and prepare for LAT hearings, case conferences, motions, pre-trial hearings and mediations

(l) Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants
