Our Bay Street client is looking for a mid-level real estate associate to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing files with increasing independence, drafting and negotiating agreements of purchase and sale, leases, and financing documents, and coordinating complex closings. Exposure to large-scale development or multi-asset transactions will be considered an asset. Candidates should demonstrate excellent technical skills, sound judgment, and a practical, business-oriented approach to client service.
