ZSA is seeking a motivated, business-oriented and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic, collaborative team based in Toronto. This position will work with hiring managers to understand complex staffing needs and successfully manage full-cycle recruiting for senior legal positions across Canada. We are looking for someone who demonstrates an intimate understanding of the legal industry, knowledge of cutting-edge recruitment strategies for attracting top talent, the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and candidates and serve as a trusted advisor and advocate.
As a Recruitment Consultant with ZSA, you will have the opportunity to:
- Meet with and act as a consultant to hiring managers for law firms and/or corporations, understand their staffing needs and serve as their advisor throughout the recruitment process;
- Foster relationships with and proactively recruit leading candidates for senior legal roles, using leading sourcing techniques and networking to attract active and passive candidates;
- Exploit ZSA’s unparalleled profile and presence in local, national and international markets; and
- Work alongside experienced consultants who are strong leaders, experts in their field and some of the best recruiters in the country.
The successful candidate will have an LL.B/J.D., at least two years of recruitment experience in the legal industry, and possess excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a resilient personality.
