Our client is an international consulting firm, serving a sophisticated and diverse client base of multinationals, large corporations, institutions and very large SMEs. As demand for their services continues to grow, they are looking to hire a commercial lawyer to join their legal department.

Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you will use your strong decision-making, negotiation and drafting skills on a daily basis. More specifically, you will be called upon to negotiate and draft complex and varied commercial contracts, many of which are IT-related, and will support the business units in the context of major calls for tenders involving organizations. Your sound advice will be required in matters of protection of personal information and privacy.
