Reporting to the SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, our publicly traded mining company seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving legal and regulatory issues, risks and concerns; drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements and assisting with Board activities.
