Our client, a market-leading Canadian organization at the forefront of advanced technology and infrastructure, is seeking a strong Senior Counsel to play a key role in their AI platform. This position will have end-to-end responsibility for the legal aspects of complex, high-value initiatives, including negotiating and drafting agreements with data centre tenants, strategic partners, and other stakeholders across the organization, while also supporting go-to-market AI-powered solutions and advising senior executives and management. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of relevant corporate commercial and technology law experience gained in private practice and/or in-house, with strong exposure to data centres, technology transactions, and sophisticated commercial agreements, and will be comfortable acting as a trusted legal advisor within a fast-moving, innovative environment.
