Our client, a highly regarded top tier law firm, seeks a Practice Assistant/Executive Assistant to add to their downtown Toronto team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting three lawyers with calendar management, delegating and reviewing the completion of document production, arranging client meetings, booking travel arrangements, assisting with billings and cheque requests, assisting lawyers in preparing presentations and pitches, liaising with administrative staff and clients. The ideal candidate is a Legal Executive Assistant with over 5 years of experience. Excellent communication and client service skills are essential. Strong technical skills are and excellent attention to details are desired.
