Our client, a leading global law firm, seeks an experienced Debt Financing Partner (Lawyer) to join its growing team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned lawyer with a strong background advising lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition and project financings, and private placements, with a focus on mid-market and upper mid-market mandates. A portable book of approximately $500K+ is preferred. This is a key strategic hire within a dynamic and high-performing business law platform.
